Booking, made simple
You don't need a referral or a long intake process. Choose a time online, arrive a few minutes early, and Christopher will take it from there — gentle, whole-body osteopathic care across Hawke's Bay.

What happens at a first appointment?
Your appointment starts with a conversation about your health history and what brought you in, so Christopher understands the whole picture — not just the painful part.
He then uses gentle cranial and structural osteopathic techniques, taking the time your body needs. Most people find treatment calm and relaxing, and you'll always know what he's doing and why.
You'll leave with a clear plan: what to expect in the coming days, and what a sensible course of care looks like — nothing prescribed before you've been properly assessed.
